Dawson Launch new Lainox ‘Heart’ Combi Range
Ecological efficiencies and genuine intelligent innovation are the qualities Lainox have built into their new range of Heart Combi ovens. The new X and S specification models launched this month have been designed to offer solutions for every location and catering requirement, from Michelin starred restaurants to locations charged with feeding individuals on a much larger scale.

The new Heart ovens include the following features;

Class Leading Lime Scale Reduction System
“Calout”
the ovens unique lime scale reduction system reduces lime scale build up, improves and maximises boiler performance and energy efficiency, maintains the ovens efficiency, reduces maintenance costs and eliminates the need for water softeners. The system operates automatically after 5/6 days of operation. Ovens with CalOUT can be connected directly to the mains water supply and use a non-toxic scale preventer (CalFREE)

Improved “Touch Screen” technology and Power Efficiency
Simple operation is achieved via a user friendly and logical touch screen control panel. An improved Gas Burner design enables operating temperatures to be reached and returned to more quickly – 40% faster.

Class Leading Baking and Hygiene
Heart Ovens dual fan and WCS self clean wash system combine to provide perfect and even baking results and hygienically clean units.

Class Leading Data Capture & Transfer
Units feature a USB point to allow operators to Download HACCP data and also download recipes easily for use on the same specification Heart Ovens.

Class Leading Operator Safety
Units feature Heat-reflecting internal glass to reduce heat dispersion and increase operator safety. – 30 % door temperature (at 250 °C in compartment)

Reduced Whole Life Costs
Easily removable external probe, door seal and lights can be replaced by the operator – no involvement from a technician or engineer required.
